Ordering, Shipping & Return Policy Information
The Classic Car Auto Parts Guarantee protects you while you shop with us, so that you never have to worry about credit card safety. Period. If you feel more comfortable, you can always call in your credit card order to us on the phone, or send us an order by mail or fax.

1. Order On-Line
It doesn't get easier than this! Simply click on the "Add To Cart" button on the individual product page itemsy, you can continue shopping, and adding to your cart. When you are finished shopping proceed to checkout, enter all your shipping and billing information in our SECURE ON-LINE TRANSACTION processing procedure, and let us do the rest!

2. Old Fashioned Mail - Check Or Postal Money Order
We do accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders. To pay by check, we recommend using the Order Form. Simply list your items on the form along with your check or money order and send it to the address listed on the top of the order form. Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing code located on the bottom of the check. You can also fax the order to us with your credit card number.

3. Call Your Order In

4. eFax - 24 hours
Print out the Order Form. Fill in the items you would like to order, along with your credit card number and fax to 1-509-984-2498 anytime of the day or night.

5. Email Money
If you have a PayPal account you can easily transfer money by email to us. If you need to sign up, please visit PayPal for more information.

Items too large for UPS must be shipped truck freight. Truck orders must be prepaid with a money order, credit card, or cashiers check. Freight items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Minimum $8.00 shipping charge for purchases under $50.00. Purchases over $50.00, shipping charges will be about 10% of total purchase.
(For lower 48 contiguou states) All Gas Tanks and Rocker Moulding have Appox. $20.00 Extra Special handling charge for EACH tank because of size. Rocker moulding orders can expect a Request for Payment for additional Handling charges to cover costs for a Tube . As our web site can not determine correct charges for these oversize parts.

Minnesota residents add 6.875% sales tax. Shipping charges subject to change depending on destination and part size.
Outside the U.S.
We require orders outside the United States to be prepaid with a money order, cashiers check, or credit card in U.S. funds. CCAP reserves the right to adjust the shipping cost for your order.It's best to email parts order requested and CCAP will give you a quote. All sales are final.
Orders to foreign countries may incur customs and duty charges, customs broker fees, and other charges related to the importation of merchandise. All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
All orders shipped to international destinations, regardless of shipping method, will be insured for the full amount of the parts ordered. The cost of the insurance will be added to your order
Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and Possessions:
If you prepay your order with a check or money order, please add shipping charges of 15% of the order total ($15 minimum). Your order will be shipped via UPS ground. If you prepay in this manner and wish to use an alternate shipping service, please call, e-mail or fax for a shipping quote

All returns must be pre-authorized by calling 218-326-0463 / 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, central time zone for an authorization number.

Our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason items may be returned for refund, parts credit or exchange within thirty (30) days of receipt, and you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. There are no shipping refunds. Exchanges will be billed appropriate freight. Refunds are issued the same way the original order was paid for. All return items MUST be complete, undamaged, unaltered and in resaleable condition. A copy of the original invoice and a letter stating why the parts are being returned is required.

Items returned after thirty (30) days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Items after (90) days of invoice will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and will receive a parts credit only.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns. The above return policys are at the discretion and determination by CCAP. Any item that has been installed, altered, painted, or deemed non-resalable will be returned. Any printed materials, (books, literature, wiring diagrams, etc.) as well as CD-ROMs are non-refundable due to their nature. All drop ships, special orders, glass, A/C systems and electrical parts re non-refundable.

Changing or Canceling Your Order
After you have completed your order and we have recieved it Via email and your order begins to be processed, you cannot cancel or change your order online. You need to call us directly, ONLY a customer service representative can change your order, So we can add to or remove items from any order that has not been packaged for shipping. Special Orders can be cancelled no more than 24hrs after the time of ordering. Any and all Orders that have been placed may be subject to 10% to 20 % Fee for canacelation of that order.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect packages immediately in the presence of the carrier. If any shipment is damaged, the carrier should write the details on your delivery sheet. Contact the carrier to send a representative to inspect the damaged package. Classic Car auto Parts cannot be held liable for a claim on damaged merchandise unless the above procedure is followed.

Check your order as soon as you receive it. Notify us of any shortage within three days of delivery Classic Car auto Parts will not be responsible for shortages after this three day period.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the large volume of parts listed on this website, we ocassionally have a part with an incorrect or non-updated price reflected, and CCAP has the right to correct this price at the time of ordering.

Backorders are indicated by a "BO" on your invoice. Should we not have one of your items in stock we will backorder the item. We reserve the right to cancel backorders after 60 days. Should this happen, you will be notified by mail and issued a full refund if due.

Refused Shipments & Un-Paid Balances
All shipping charges and storage charges will be the responsibility of the customer. There is a 20% handling fee for all refused shipments.

Classic Car Auto Parts shall not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failures, labor costs, transportation, or any consequential damage arising from any cause whatsoever. Classic Car auto Parts shall not be liable for personal loss, injury or damage, direct or indirect, arising out of the use of, or the inabilities of any product. Classic Car auto Parts and manufacturer's only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proven to be defective. Classic Car auto Parts shall not be liable for personal or mechanical damage caused by the use of misuse of products. Classic Car Auto Parts is not responsible for errors or omissions on technical issues concerning manufacturers or car parts on this website.
